The knowledge gained is systematically incorporated into all fields of activity. The starting point is the <strong>concept of entrepreneurship as a complex learning and action process<\/strong> or as a special form of trust-based economic action practice. This is condensed in the broadest sense in the facets of entrepreneurial action competence and thus as a <strong>key qualification in the ability to change<\/strong>. This is why business start-ups, innovation, growth, sustainability and succession form the range of topics covered by the ZE Center for Entrepreneurship&#8217;s practice-oriented research. The early socialization phase in schools is a particularly important source of practice and experience. Entrepreneurship education is predestined to be used in every school subject, including in the context of &#8220;challenge-based learning&#8221;, in order to provide impetus to <strong>shape one&#8217;s own life in a self-determined, creative and responsible way<\/strong>. Acting as an &#8220;entrepreneur of oneself&#8221; is on the horizon.
