The PFH student consultancy currently consists of around 20 fellow PFH students under the direction and coordination of the ZE Center for Entrepreneurship and ideenbeweger e.V.. If you are interested, you can join us as a consultant at any time! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vision: <\/strong>Non-profit and practice-oriented student consultancy of the PFH against the background of sustainable entrepreneurship with a focus on start-ups, SMEs and student companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasks of the junior consultants:<\/strong> mentoring, consulting, qualification and project support.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Who should be advised and coached?<\/strong> Projects in the areas of sustainable entrepreneurship education (school projects and student companies of our school cooperation partners in southern Lower Saxony), practical projects accompanying universities and start-up projects. Consultancy work for established companies, such as regional SMEs, is also conceivable in the future. <\/p>\n\n

What does a Junior Consultant need to bring to the table?<\/strong> Enjoy working with young people, enjoy applying theoretical knowledge in practice, have an innovative spirit, an approach to creative ideas and entrepreneurship as a basic concept, as well as an affinity for projects in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n

What does a project sponsor need to bring to the table?<\/strong> Project assignments that are compatible with the basic idea of Sustainable Entrepreneurship and the openness to work on a project over a period of 2-4 months together with a team of 3-4 ZE junior consultants.<\/p>\n\n

Framework conditions and organization:<\/strong> The focus of the consultancy is on sustainable projects (ecological, economic and social). The workload is very project-specific and generally agreed between the respective project sponsors and junior consultants (on average approx. 3-5 hours per week). In addition, 2-weekly meetings are scheduled with representatives of the ZE & other teams to exchange experiences. In general, project ideas can be proposed by the ZE team, but initiatives & ideas from the participants are also welcome. Preparatory and accompanying coaching from ZE will prepare you as a junior consultant for your tasks. As an incentive and in return for their extracurricular commitment, ZE Junior Consultants receive social points (Bachelor) recognized by the PFH as well as a letter of reference from Prof. Vollmar as Managing Director of the ZE Center for Entrepreneurship. <\/p>\n\n
