Entrepreneurial thinking and action at the center
The focus is on entrepreneurship in all its facets. The ZE Center for Entrepreneurship aims to set entrepreneurial accents and open up entrepreneurial horizons with a clear vision: In line with the self-image of the PFH Private University of Applied Sciences Göttingen, the ZE Center for Entrepreneurship is consistently dedicated to the education and promotion of entrepreneurial thinking and action. The sensitization, motivation and qualification of entrepreneurial competence and practice is just as central as the commitment to sustainable support and accompanying advice.
Diverse range of services
In terms of sustainably anchoring a culture of entrepreneurial initiative, the entire range of products and services(entrepreneurship culture, education/training, research, coaching/consulting,support) is geared towards the requirements of innovative entrepreneurship. We understand entrepreneurship as a complex learning and action process and as a special form of trust-based economic practice in the field of tension between innovation and routine. The aim is to effectively strengthen economic and social progress. The following credo applies to entrepreneurship and thus also to the work of the ZE Center for Entrepreneurship: “No Business as Usual”.

Circular & Sustainable Entrepreneurship Education

Entrepreneurship as a key competence
Entrepreneurial paths are not uniform, yet the following applies to them in principle: entrepreneurial competence is a key qualification and a constant development task. This implies a willingness to learn or, in the sense of “knowledge in action”, an openness to innovation and thus the ability to change. The ZE Center for Entrepreneurship offers conceptual answers to questions about the methodology and requirements of entrepreneurial learning and contemporary entrepreneurial competence. The evolutionary steps on the path to becoming a learning entrepreneur are systematically developed here, made tangible and supported according to the principle of “FUTURE ENTREPRENEURSHIP”.
The management
Prof. Dr. Bernhard H. Vollmar is Managing Director of the ZE Center for Entrepreneurship, which he founded in 2010. The activities of the ZE are carried out by a team of 10 people.
