Shaping the world with Future Skills

Entrepreneurship education

The ZE Center for Entrepreneurship offers a comprehensive teaching/learning program in the field of entrepreneurship education and training. In addition to raising awareness and motivation, the focus is on training for entrepreneurial initiative. All courses in education and training are geared towards the (further) development of entrepreneurial skills and thus the associated key qualifications. The entrepreneurial path is often changeable and unpredictable, both for young and established companies. It not only places high professional demands, but also complex methodological, personal and social requirements that must be met. Entrepreneurial learning is therefore a special and permanent task that requires special teaching/learning formats to activate and master it, especially with regard to the ability to change and flexibility in entrepreneurial thinking and action.

Students at a CEE+ workshop

Regardless of the type of course (curricular/extracurricular), the basic didactic principle is consistent action orientation, i.e. the aim is always to combine theoretical and methodological knowledge with practical application. It is precisely when theoretical knowledge is tested in a playful way in the sense of “training on the entrepreneurs’ job” that sustainable learning success can be achieved. We try to achieve this, for example, through project seminars and project work in the fields of start-ups, innovation and creativity or through start-up business games and idea and creative workshops. In the area of further training, we offer interesting executive programs and workshops to deepen your know-how, especially with current specialist topics or a special focus on the typical challenges of family businesses, such as succession.

The ZE Center for Entrepreneurship is constantly striving to develop and offer innovative teaching/learning concepts in order to set the right accents for entrepreneurship. One such event format is the Entrepreneurship School for students, alumni, academic staff and researchers, as well as the South Lower Saxony Ideas Campus for school pupils.
