Succession consulting

Family businesses are constantly under pressure, especially when it comes to shaping company succession as a critical process. Business succession is complex, challenging and, above all, a matter of trust – for everyone involved. There is a great need for advice: the personal, family and business basis for action must be created.

We accompany you throughout the entire process of company succession, from preparation to implementation and for the time afterwards as a competent partner and companion. In line with our expertise, we focus on business management and, in particular, strategic, but also personal, psychological and social aspects. We follow a consistent approach based on trust theory. We systematically incorporate specialist and methodological findings from research, teaching and consulting as well as our own entrepreneurial experience.

The range of services includes training, consulting and coaching. It ranges from coaching and mentoring programs for company successors, advice and communicative support in the senior/junior constellation, work on the strategic basis for the future through to small group workshops or family business schools: always individual, personal and trust-based.
